I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of the 1-Month Suit Making Masterclass organized by Charthess School of Fashion:

Attendance & Punctuality – I will attend all sessions (Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and be punctual throughout the training period (Oct 1st – 30th, 2025).

Payment Commitment – I commit to the payment structure I have selected (Full Payment / Part Payment A / Part Payment B) and understand that all fees must be completed before the training ends.

Refund Policy – I understand that training fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, except in cases where the program is cancelled by the organizers.

Materials & Assignments – I agree to use the training materials responsibly and complete all practical assignments as part of the program.

Certification – I understand that a certificate will only be awarded upon successful completion of the training, full payment of fees, and active participation.

Code of Conduct – I agree to conduct myself professionally, respect trainers, fellow participants, and comply with all rules set by Charthess School of Fashion.

Legal Binding – By submitting this form, I confirm that all information provided is accurate, and this agreement is legally binding between myself and the organizers.
